1. Refund Policy for Membership Card

Under any circumstances, the Membership Card fee is not refundable.
The validity of our membership card will end on the specified date (card validity: 5 years). Membership cards cannot be transferred. Only the cardholder and no one else may use this card.
The membership card is not a debit/credit card or other type of payment card.
If the RBS Loan Membership Card is lost, stolen, or damaged, it must be reported right away to the card's issuer or the RBS Nidhi Limited Registered Office, who will make arrangements for a new card (card replacement is chargeable).
RBS Nidhi Limited will decide the renewal's terms and conditions.
